This was the second company I contacted. When I looked up the reviews on Henshaw after the lack of communication, I saw a few people recommend this company. I had a great experience and they fixed my AC in less than an hour and came when they said they would and got me in fast. The other company let me go over a week in the summer without AC. I’m so glad I saw the recommendations for this company!!

After having repeated issues with our AC and a different HVAC service company out 3 times with no fix, Fannon and Sons was the solution. They were super knowledgeable, and professional, and went out of their way to make sure the AC units were working properly. Excellent experience. I was quoted a visit between 11 and 3 to have my AC system fixed and they were on time and gone with cold air blowing again by 12. I got a great explanation of the problem and the solution and a perfectly smooth visit with no issues or hiccups.

Chris and Caryn were so helpful! Chris identified an airflow issue with the main trunk of our ductwork for our upstairs unit. Our new system has significantly more airflow throughout our upstairs now. They installed the same 2.5-ton AC But reworked a 27-year-old main trunk coming off the system. It allowed for much more efficient airflow. They had the best pricing and were even willing to get the financing going for us. Highly recommend this family business! Great customer service, on time, cleaned up all work areas, fair price, we stapled their card next to our HVAC unit in case we need their service again. Definitely recommend them.
