Chris came out to work on our unit that stopped heating. I can’t say enough about how friendly and professional he was. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. I will definitely use them for all our HVAC needs in the future and recommend them.

From the time I called Fannon & Sons to the time they arrived, I received nothing but PREMIER service. It’s in the 20s right now and my heat pump had been out for 16 hours. Until Chris, the owner could get me on the emergency service schedule, Fannon brought space heaters to my house until Chris could get to me. And you couldn’t ask for a nicer person – Chris was GREAT – explained what was going on and worked diligently on a very frustrating problem that took longer than first expected. Please use this company – you will not be disappointed!

We have a home warranty and when my heating system was having an issue, we contacted the warranty company. They assigned the job to Fannon & Sons. Communication from Fannon was great. Chris showed up on schedule and was very knowledgeable, quick & very professional. So happy that the warranty company introduced us to them as we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

WOW – Chris and his team are second to none. As new homeowners, it’s tricky to find reputable home service companies, but there’s no sense in looking past Fannon & Sons. We called to get our 16-year-old HVAC serviced in the middle of 100-degree heat. Chris was fast, responsive, and on time. He took care of our system and got it running best he could, and informed us that replacement was looming. He gave us 3 pricing tiers and let us choose. There was no suggestive selling or pressuring. Chris talked to us like we were his own kids and helped us make an informed decision based on our plans and needs. The financing options were fair and fast. Great service, great pricing, and great company. From the front office to the field, Fannon & Sons is the best. Will definitely be using it again in the future!

I cannot speak highly enough of Fannon & Sons. Chris, Alex, and Zach were on time (and even arranged to come earlier when possible) for our HVAC replacement, were responsive to telephone calls, explained all options, were super helpful and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up and back to normal in our home. Alyssa in the office was also great! I would highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC service, repair, and installation. They will definitely be our go-to from now on.

She will make sure all of your concerns are heard and after the appointment is set she will try to work you into an earlier appointment slot if someone cancels. The technicians are knowledgeable and will answer any questions regarding your systems that you may have. They even offer tips to prevent future issues.

My air conditioner was out for 6 days in the hot and humid month of June. Mr. Fannon showed up on time was very respectful, and repaired and cleaned my air conditioner within an hour on a Saturday!!! I will refer his business and continue to use it for any more HVAC needs.
